MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1986 film?

Two teenagers call the Stretch radio program to taunt. When they do it again some time later, only hear screams and the sound of a chainsaw. The next day the police find out who is responsible for the killing is the same that killed thirteen years before Sally's friends, the protagonist of the first piece of cinema. Sally's uncle decides to take revenge and Stretch contacts.
