MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

The Australian outback during World War II. All families uneasily awaited news of their parents, children or siblings sent to the front, a telegram could spell disaster, however, what about the messenger who in addition must deliver this bad news to their neighbors? Bill Williams, a lonely and good-natured villager, is who should make this painful role.
