MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1942 film?

Leopold Dilg escapes from prison where he was serving sentence for fire, and hides in Nora's house, a friend from childhood. It turns out that this has rented the house for the summer to Michael Lighcap, Supreme Court nominee. Dilg, which is passed by the gardener, and Nora can convince the judge that Dilg is innocent. Then the three try to catch the real criminals, but at the same time, the two discover that they have fallen in love with Nora.
