MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1995 film?

Yusef, 12 years old, has grown as a refugee from the Intifada. He lives with his mother and sister, as his brother is a fugitive and his dad is in jail. But Yusef has a planet itself. One day he meets Aida, a girl her age who falls and declaring. But she says only find three jewels who get lost in Latin America achieve its hand.
