MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2013 film?

When in a tiny southern town the first assault on a bank at gunpoint is happening, responsible, covered under balaclavas, be discovered by the surveillance cameras that seem to indicate that the criminal is African American. Half an hour later, a black man walks alone through one of the rural roads of the people without identification, wearing a striped shirt dirty as if he had finished burying something. No explanation for their appearance and behavior, added to the little cooperation, the case seem closed. From that moment, the sheriff shut him in a cell and put into question the motivations that have been to shut him up.
