MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2013 film?

Based on a novel by Tim Tharp, legend has laser Sutter Keely, a student who also binge one day he meets Aimee Finicky, a shy and maladjusted teenager. It is therefore proposed to conduct a social experiment and see if it is able to influence the lives of people, in this case, Aimee.
