MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

" The Specials " are a very particular superhero team, maybe the sixth or seventh best band on the planet. But the different personalities of the group members and also their different opinions of things threaten to break it ... Formed mostly by freaks, the group has a new addition, that of a young woman who calls herself moreover " Nightbird ", which until recently was a fan of The Specials and now has decided to join them. Will they get The Special settle their differences, unite as a group and also rescue the world from evil villains ?
