MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1945 film?

XVII Century. A Dutch ship that goes to the Caroline Islands, arriving at the Caribbean aground off the coast of Cartagena de Indias. The viceroy, Don Juan Alvarado de Soto makes prisoners Captain Van Horn and crew, however little then get escape. Five years later, Van Horn has become the Dread Pirate Barracuda, who commands the ship of the same name. To quench your thirst for revenge kidnaps the beautiful Frances de Guzman, the Viceroy promised, and brings to Tortuga Island, the refuge of pirates.
