MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1993 film?

No one could be more bored than Zack, the new kid in town with no friends in sight. When a band of skateboarding thrashers start cruising around his neighborhood, Zack hopes his luck will change. But they do not want anything to do with him. Then Zack makes the discovery of a lifetime, a magical skateboard. And suddenly, skateboarding rises to entirely new heights.
