MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

A Mexican smuggler sold to a New York gangster in a shipment of viagra, which incidentally mysteriously disappears in a remote town in Arizona. The above gangster sends his partner and lieutenant addition to thereby recover the unique merchandise, however in exchange for it must deal with a incorruptible sheriff and a motley group of people who consider it an insult for anyone to suggest that they need to take the lost medicine.
