MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1979 film?

The planet Earth is a devastated land and humanity now lives in cities of refuge of the Moon. The survival of humanity depends on a radiation drug only available on planet Delta Three, which has been conquered by Omus, brilliant but mad mechanic gives not the slightest value to human life. Omus want to go to the Moon to rule and intends to attack it by ramming robot -controlled spaceships from above. Dr. John Caball, his son Jason, a fellow of it, Kim, and a robot named Sparks embark on space cruiser called Caball an unauthorized mission to Delta Three dehacia curb Omus.
