MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1973 film?

In New York, to strengthen the fight against the Mafia and Gangters, has devised a special police group, consisting of seven men, independently and protected by their anonymity. They are the "seven -up ", a set of elite soon proves very effective against crime, director Phillip D' Antoni - led no more movies then, had been the producer of previous similar successes as " Bullitt " and " French Connection ".
