MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

The teenager Greg Sherman is witnessed his parents murdered in their home. Apparently, it is a reckoning for the mafia. The police then decided to introduce a witness protection program by assigning a new identity, Steven Spencer, and sending him to a prestigious private school in Montreal. But the mafia placing another student reacts to end the life of the witness.
