MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1955 film?

In 1880, in Kansas, there is a fierce rivalry between Osawkie and Mandaronn, two populations aspiring to be the county seat. In these circumstances, men live in a constant state of war and hardly see their families. The departure of Matt Davis, on her wedding night to participate in a new confrontation with the rival town, is the straw that breaks the camel. His wife Liza, following the advice of the teacher Cassie, encourages women to go on strike to get men to abandon this pointless fight.
