MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

In Victorian London, a policeman of humble, must unmask the murders of prostitutes which incidentally has made a murderer who is called Jack the Ripper. The inspector Hansen, manager of evading more women die, the mafia suspect belongs to the aristocracy and also have serious difficulties in this way that its investigations are taken seriously.
