MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1970 film?

In the early twentieth century, a family has to move to London from the English countryside where they have always lived, because the father is falsely accused of selling state secrets to the Russians, and was imprisoned for five years. Their three children, Roberta, Peter and Phyllis, spend time watching trains come and go and waving to the passengers by hand. This is how to befriend an elderly man who always take the 09:45 train, and assist the family to prove the innocence of the father.
