MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1951 film?

A policeman unhappy with his work, he blames others for their problems in the department, is assigned to investigate the case of a prowler prowling the house of a married woman peeping through the window of the bathroom. The policeman is obsessed by Mrs. and imagine that if the husband died violently, the prowler would bear the blame. A remake called El asesino de Rosemary (1981) was made based on this movie.
