MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1989 film?

This is the story of a young woman was found dead. Now police are investigating, and suspicion falls on a human being who was seen leaving a party with her. He claims that his death was accidental, resulting from rough sex. His family does not believe it, so pressure on the district attorney's office for trial for the murder, but he has a good lawyer will make the unattainable to prove his innocence.
