MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1928 film?

The reporter Clem Rogers is ever longing as a first take him out of anonymity, and it will come when he learns that his girlfriend, Jane Atwill, daughter sounded candidate for mayor of the town, is involved in a crime that just committed, and he has to cover to be the only journalist who was at that time on duty.
