MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2006 film?

New York, February 1993. A powerful explosive explodes in the parking of the Twin Towers shaking the foundation and ending the lives of several people. The FBI suspects of Ramzi Yousef, Arab chemist who finally found guilty and arrested in Pakistan. After questioning, they conclude that terrorist actions are funded by the Yemeni millionaire Osama Bin Laden, who is in Afghanistan preparing a jihad against the West and, in particular, against the United States and Israel. O'Neill and Kirk agents are contacted with the Northern Alliance, led by General Massoud, to jointly develop a plan to capture the leader of Al Qaeda, bring it to the United States and judge. The plan never materialized . When in October 2000 it bombed the USS Cole warship, the White House is confident that Bin Laden was behind the attack. The film is based on the findings of the Commission created after the attacks and in numerous interviews with people involved in one way or another on them.
