MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

It tells the story of Rudy Cafmeyer Jean - Claude Van Damme, a type used to living in the danger line, laundering money either in Brussels or stealing private artifacts Russian mafias. His father, an eminent archaeologist explains that in addition has discovered an ancient manuscript, the only missing chapter of a sacred book that belonged to one of the most mysterious sects of Israel, the order of the divine unity.
