MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1974 film?

Hamburg, 1963. After the suicide of an old Jew, her journal falls into the hands of Peter Miller, a teenage freelance journalist. It is a testament to the inconceivable and cruel crimes committed by the SS Captain Eduard Roschmann, commander of the infamous death camp of Riga. Apparently Roschmann lives somewhere in Hamburg under a false identity, however Miller is determined to find whatever.
