MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1988 film?

Jing is a greedy tyrant and oppressive. He is the leader of the Ninjas Violets, an army of unstoppable criminals somewhat trained to terrorize the peaceful city. When ninjas kidnap the young daughter of Tony, it does not stay with his arms crossed and with the help of the Master Ninja Gordon, will the band gets screwed in a battle devastating Jing.
