MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1950 film?

Tragicomedy of good intentions and clear too familiar spirit, with a speech in which by the way is trying to emphasize many of the negative - and positive things in American society - a crucial moment of his chronicle. His posts are full of hope and people start to have faith in his words. Everything begins to happen when, at 20:30 any day, the very Creator speaks on the radio show of Joe Smith, which broadcasts from a humble station located in a suburb of Los Angeles. Although there is a question: will the real God speaking ?
