MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1972 film?

Protecting the innocent, defeating injustice,and eating plenty of Scooby snacks ! The most legendary heroes in the fight against criminals join forces as Scooby and Mystery Company also formed along with Batman and Robin. The action begins when the villainous Joker and The Penguin, trying to forge money, however on the other hand are arrested by the dynamic trio of Batman, Robin and Scooby. But Joker and The Penguin return to try and steal so magical flying suit, and Scooby - Doo and the gang must moreover show that with a little help ,are able to fly up to the clouds to catch flying suit, cause a forced landing and defeat the wicked.
