MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1955 film?

Phil Regal is a large-scale blackmailer whose sister, Rosalie, is expecting a baby of a man sentenced to the electric chair. Phil tries to intimidate witnesses to force a retrial favorable for Nicky. You do not want under even the slightest notion that his sister's son to grow up without a father figure. But unfortunately, the baby dies awaiting birth. The only possibility for Nicky to get out of jail seems to be fading.
