MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1986 film?

With his life shattered, Alex Sternbergen has taken refuge in alcohol. After a night of drinking to forget, dawns a strange bed with a stranger. It would be of importance if not for the man lying beside her dead, with a knife through the heart. Unable to remember any detail of how he got there, Alex will have to reconstruct the facts to find the truth. This film is a remake of The Morning After (1974), the remakes are new versions of the same story.
