MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

Eddie Yang, a nice Hong Kong detective suffers near-fatal accident while investigating a case involving a mysterious medallion with talismanic powers. Eddie finds the talisman acquired the powers of an immortal warrior, giving it a speed, strength and incredible skill. With the help of the beautiful English of the Interpolate agent Nicole James, Eddie attempt to discover the secret of talisman and stop a covert operation organized slave trade by the evil Snakehead who intends to use its terrible powers for plans.
