MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1933 film?

Patsy Gargan, a former criminal, is appointed sheriff of a reformatory as a reward for their corrupt political cronies. Initially not interested in school, despite his sympathy for the children who are abused and maltratadaços by a brutal and ruthless thugs director and his guards, convinces him to take the job seriously.
