MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

In October 1998, the twenty- teenager Matthew Shepard met Russell Arthur Henderson and Aaron James McKinney in a bar in Laramie in Wyoming, USA. McKinney and Henderson offered him drive him home, and after discovering that Matthew was gay, he was taken to a rural region, and was tied to a fence and handed him a brutal beating, leaving him afterwards.
