MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1992 film?

Coming from Cuba, brothers Cesar and Nestor Castillo come to New York to try to succeed in the world of music. The first is the womanizer, while Nestor, more nostalgic and shy, is the composer and trumpeter. Because of his character, Caesar begins to have trouble with local gangsters.
