MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1979 film?

Hillary Kramer, the rich heir to a perfume factory learns suddenly that the only heritage he has left is a contract with the boxer Kid Natural. Determined to recover some of their money goes to visit. When he discovers that the famous boxer is a womanizer and has not entered a ring for years, is coming down, but his desperation increases to ensure that the boxer is more interested in managing their driving to his boxing career.
