MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

Jack Woods, a stressed business man, traveling to Ireland in order to rest and relax. Shortly after arriving, saves a " leprechaun " called Muldoon from drowning in a pond, and thus earns the friendship and confidence of these tiny creatures. The main task of the " leprechauns " in Ireland is changing seasons, and, second site, make mischief. The archenemy of these elves is the Fairy Troop. While The "Big Banshee " has forbidden to fight, peace is very short, a cross plot of love, jealousy and revenge unleashing ends war between the fairies and leprechauns. As the battle progresses with fury, the weather is getting worse, destroying crops and changing the landscape. Not even The Grand Banshee seems to have the solution. Already without powers, warns if the two sides do not end the confrontation, " there will be no Ireland? ?, Or any other place." Can they stop fighting leprechauns ?
