MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2005 film?

The Magic Roundabout lies under the effects of a tragic curse: the Zeebad cold evil sorcerer has been released and the fate of the Country Enchanted danger. While the earth is consumed slowly under the ice, Brian, Ermintrude, Dylan and Dougal, four friends armed only with their courage and their value, gather their forces to challenge the cold. They will have to face all kinds of dangers to retrieve three magic diamonds that will break the curse hanging over the Carousel. Only then can send Zeebad back to their underground prison.
