MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1942 film?

Dr. Ralph Benson studied back to life after death. After a failed attempt, flee San Francisco police and embarking on a ship. At sea, a storm wrecks the ship, and Benson and the rest of the survivors arrive at a tropical island where Benson manages to become King of the natives through their expertise. With all the power in your hands, use the rest of the inhabitants of the island for his scientific experiments.
