MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

How far would you go to win back the love of your life? Maybe send flowers, write poetry or even a serenade. Paul, an executive handsome, has other ideas, more extreme, when Brad starts dating another man. It is not used to losing and determined to regain his love, decides to pretend he has a life threatening illness, which he sees as a foolproof method to guarantee the return of Brad. But will it work ?.
