MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1979 film?

Luther Starling, a secret agent of the CIA teenager traveling to the UK for a few days on holiday with her friend Roger, who has no idea of the work of Luther. But once on British soil will be involved in the kidnapping of Professor Buchinski, who discovered a formula that will change the world, by the Omega criminal corporation.
