MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

Wilson, a tough English ex-con, travels to Los Angeles to avenge the death of his daughter. As it comes, Valentine faces and an army composed of the toughest criminals in Los Angeles, hoping to find clues and piece together the puzzle. After surviving a brutal beating, then being thrown from the top of a building and persecuted in the descent of a dangerous mountain road, Wilson decides to react and, soon, in Los Angeles all know that the " English " is in the city.
