MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1985 film?

Extremely claustrophobic film that takes place in a single scenario: a small ship that does not sail a ship, lighthouse, which shelter some dangerous criminals. Among the ship's captain and the leader of the gangsters emerge discussions on issues such as the authority, ethics, or the lack of both.
