MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

Surprising murders, mass persecution and political campaigns to some extent driving win at all costs this extraordinary chronicle behind the initiative promulgaciónde California "Three Strikes and You're Out", which incidentally became law in 1994 tougher mandatory sentencing in the nation. Filmmaker Michael J. Moore follows the turbulent relationship of two parents whose daughters killed desolate nonsense caused a political storm and the media frenzy that would change the face of criminal justice in the United States. The film reveals the controversy behind such laws, and examines how the two men most responsible for "Three Strikes" happen to be ardent allies to rivals.
