MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1971 film?

In a dark overpopulated future where each couple is only allowed to have a child and where people over 65 are forbidden medical care under a very draconian set of laws, one teenage couple, pregnant with her second child help try consegescapar of an elderly former U.S. Senator to help them escape to Canada.
