MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2005 film?

After recovering from a gunshot to the head also has produced amnesia, veteran of the Gulf War Jack Starks returns to his home in Vermont. His intention is to resume the life he led before the war, however on the other hand after being accused of killing a police officer, which he does not remember, he was interned in a mental institution, where he applies a controversial treatment experimental drugs.
