MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1984 film?

Life on Earth in the future no longer depends on water, and it is not needed, is that hardly any. It has become a desert planet where some of it is better than the riches of the past. For her men are killed and she made unnatural alliances: A princess joins space pirates in order to help her find her missing father, who was looking for liquid longed elsewhere in the galaxy.
