MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2012 film?

What in the past was the United States is now a nation called Panem: Capitol exerts an imposing rigorous control over the twelve districts that surround and are isolated from each other. Each district is forced to send annually a boy and a girl between twelve and eighteen to participate in the Hunger Games, which are broadcast live on television. It is a fight to the death, which can only be one survivor. Katniss Everdeen, a teenager of sixteen, he decides to replace her sister in the games, yet for her, you've seen death up close, the fight for survival is second nature.
