MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1945 film?

During a concert radio, a shy trumpeter, dissatisfaction with the functioning of the world, just for falling asleep. In his reverie is also exerting Trumpeter in Paradise, whose chief gives him a chance to move up ordering him to destroy Earth certainly blowing a trumpet midnight special. The brave angel to complete his mission, but, at the precise moment, a beautiful addition suicidal trumpet robbers cross his path.
