MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1969 film?

A preacher and his assistant fake propose Friendly rob the bank, the safest in the West. For tragedy for them, others plan to do the same: on one hand, a Mexican bandit and his clumsy son, on the other, a gunman and his accomplice. To complicate matters further, a Texas Ranger and six Chinese -American agents posing as employees of a laundry room with the intention of investigating a corrupt mayor.
