MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1986 film?

Chandler Jarrell is a detective specializes in finding missing children. Is entrusted with the mission to find and protect the " Golden Boy ," a Buddhist child has special powers. According to their tutors the boy has been kidnapped by an evil sorcerer. Although Jarrell is quite skeptical about magic and supernatural powers as you progress in the case is sufficient evidence to begin to have serious doubts.
