MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1994 film?

Johnny ' JJ ' Johnson is a rookie in the police department, and also the first colored officer in that station. Racial tensions rise with their arrival, because many departmental colleagues do not like his presence. The only real friend J. J. is the other rookie, and the first woman to even work at the station.
