MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1990 film?

Clark Kellogg is a young man beginning his first year at film school in new york. After a tiny time crook steals all his possessions, Clark fulfills Carmine "Jimmy the Toucan" Sabatini, an "importer" bearing a startling resemblance to a particular cinematic godfather. When Sabatini makes Clark an offer he can't refuse, he discovers himself caught up in a caper involving jeopardized types and fine dining.
