MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2016 film?

It tells the story of the man born in Mississippi, Newton Knight, a soldier who deserted the Confederate Army and joined a group of soldiers to create their own state known simply as 'Free State of Jones '. Knight fought the Confederates during the Civil War from within the Free State of Jones, and then freed children were still being enslaved in a nearby county.
